Important COVID-19 update on shipping and order processing times:

The unfortunate truth is that pretty much all retailers are experiencing some shipping delays due to the pandemic, but you will still get what you need delivered within a few days.

Given anticipated delays related to social distancing and “shelter in place” orders, we are extending the standard shipping window from 24 - 48 hours to 72+ hours in an effort to ensure everyone's orders are shipped in the safest possible manner with reduced shipping crews working extended hours to meet demand. You may continue to receive standard order communications (including shipment reminders); however, this shipping update will remain in place as we prioritize the well-being of our Community. We have reduced staff and take all safety precautions to ensure your shipment is safe. When you receive a shipping confirmation it means your order is being processed and a shipping label has been created, but may not leave the facility for 24 to 48 hours. We thank you for your understanding during these trying times.


We ship Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. All orders placed between Friday evening through Sunday will be shipped the following business day, excluding postal Holidays and natural disasters. All "IN STOCK" products are shipped with 24 - 48 hours during the business week. Back ordered products will be shipped with your original order once they arrive and your entire order may be delayed to "out of Stock" items. Be aware that the tamper-proof rings on Unicorn Type Bottles may be weak and can break off and/or come loose during shipping. Cheap CBD Deals will not offer replacements due to broken tamper rings.

CHEAP CBD is not responsible for delayed, mis delivered or stolen packages. Once your order is scanned by USPS or any other delivery agents it is under the sole care and control of USPS, or any other agents to safely deliver the package to the purchaser or assigned recipient as assigned to in the shipping address.CHEAP CBD is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by purchaser. All packages returned to us due to a wrong address will be refunded less the cost of shipping

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of placing the order and additional shipping costs will apply on all orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information. Ownership of packages accepted by USPS transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or mis-delivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you do not agree to this policy you will not be able to complete a purchase as the terms & conditions box must be checked. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
