Why is this happening?
Recent amendments to the PACT Act, signed into law as part of an omnibus spending bill, have broadened the definition of tobacco products to include vapes and vaping supplies. 

This means that e-liquids (containing nicotine or not) CBD, mods, kits, disposables, pod systems, and all other vaping items are now defined as tobacco products, and as such, they will be regulated more harshly. 

In fact, Congress has now prohibited USPS from shipping vape products, and FedEx and UPS intend to stop shipping vape products as well. We worked exclusively with USPS to fulfill orders, so we’re forced to adapt swiftly and change service handlers. 

For your information, the carriers will stop shipping vape products on these dates:

  • FedEx, March 1
  • UPS, April 5
  • United States Postal Service vape (USPS), April 26


We’re working to engage a network of alternative carriers to fulfill our orders, and we’re optimistic about our success, but as a precaution we’re advising customers stock up on supplies before the dates above, just to ensure you have what you need.

Our goal is to continue providing fast, affordable delivery of all products, but we recognize that customers in remote areas may have greater difficulty receiving vape mail in the future.

Important COVID-19 update on shipping and order processing times:

We are fully stocked and open for business. The unfortunate truth is that pretty much all retailers are experiencing some shipping delays due to the pandemic, but you will still get what you need delivered within a few days. Given anticipated delays related to social distancing and “shelter in place” orders, we are extending the standard shipping window from 24 - 48 hours to 72+ hours in an effort to ensure everyone's orders are shipped in the safest possible manner with reduced shipping crews working extended hours in staggered shifts to meet demand. You may continue to receive standard order communications (including shipment reminders); however, this shipping update will remain in place as we prioritize the well-being of our staff, customers and community. When you receive a shipping confirmation it means your order is being processed and a shipping label has been created, but may not leave the facility for 24 to 72 hours (business weekdays) it can take up to 5 business days to be shipped out. We thank you for your understanding during these trying times.

COVID-19 Update April 15th: We have been working long hours and most shipments are being shipped within 48 hours during business weekdays. USPS has posted there may be delays in some areas, but we have observed that most orders are being have been received within a week.

USPS COVID-19 Service Notice

Effective April 17, 2020 The Postal Service’s flagship Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, will not change.

Service commitments for local 1-day Priority Mail will not change.

Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance.

With the extra day extension, customers should expect delivery using Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) to range from two to four days nationwide.


We ship Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. All orders placed between Friday evening through Sunday will be shipped the following business day, excluding postal Holidays and natural disasters. All "IN STOCK" products are shipped with 24 - 48 hours during the business week. Back ordered products will be shipped with your original order once they arrive and your entire order may be delayed to "out of Stock" items. Be aware that the tamper-proof rings on Unicorn Type Bottles may be weak and can break off and/or come loose during shipping. Cheap CBD Deals will not offer replacements due to broken tamper rings.

CHEAP CBD is not responsible for delayed, mis delivered or stolen packages. Once your order is scanned by USPS or any other delivery agents it is under the sole care and control of USPS, or any other agents to safely deliver the package to the purchaser or assigned recipient as assigned to in the shipping address.CHEAP CBD is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by purchaser. All packages returned to us due to a wrong address will be refunded less the cost of shipping

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of placing the order and additional shipping costs will apply on all orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information. Ownership of packages accepted by USPS transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or mis-delivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you do not agree to this policy you will not be able to complete a purchase as the terms & conditions box must be checked. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
